When you use this form to submit your "bio" it will be of great help to your Reunion Committee...because the text you submit here can be immediately set into type for the Reunion Book. This is much easier (and quicker!) than submitting it to us in either hand or typewritten form. NOTE: if you wish, you can send your "bio" to us via e-mail, too (or thru the mail to the address given below).

You may send us your photo in either of two ways:
1) Send the actual photo (color or B&W) to: S-M East Class of 1960, P.O. Box 6552, Leawood KS 66206-0552. Be sure to write your name on the back.
2) If you have a scanned image of your photo (i.e., a tif, bmp or eps image file), please attach it to an e-mail message and send it to neilmedia@earthlink.net . Questions? Just e-mail us.
